About the role
The Case Registration Officer ensures that criminal cases received from police stations are accurately entered into the Ministry of Interior's system and promptly assigned to the appropriate Public Prosecution member. This role supports the efficient flow of case information and upholds the integrity of legal records.
Key responsibilities
- Register criminal cases received via the Ministry of Interior's electronic system.
- Record and verify personal data of all parties involved in each case.
- Amend or add party information such as names and addresses as needed.
- Assign cases to the competent Public Prosecution member and transfer them electronically.
- Implement final decisions of Public Prosecution members regarding internal and external communications.
- Process client requests within the stipulated timeframes.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Male candidates only.
- Completed National Service requirements (for male candidates).
