Cashier – Restaurant & Hospitality

About the role

Eathos is looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Cashier to join its restaurant team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling transactions, supporting kitchen and service staff, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and calculate totals accurately.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, digital methods) and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean, organized cash register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Record daily cash balances and follow cash‑handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Use the aggregator system to monitor tablet performance, manage online orders, apply discounts, and update digital inventory.
• Communicate orders to kitchen staff, prioritize based on capacity and delivery needs.
• Handle phone inquiries, provide menu information, and upsell special offers.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
