About the role

We are seeking a professional Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet and reliable transportation for executives, clients and guests. The role requires delivering a comfortable and punctual travel experience while maintaining high standards of vehicle care, confidentiality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to meetings, airports, hotels, residences, events and other destinations.
• Plan efficient routes using traffic conditions, schedules, road closures, weather and passenger requirements.
• Maintain punctual arrival and departure times and adjust routes as needed.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable and well‑maintained.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs, fueling and detailing of the vehicle.
• Assist passengers with luggage, doors and other reasonable transportation‑related needs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger identities, schedules and conversations.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, assistants, security personnel, hotel staff and event coordinators.
• Record transportation schedules, mileage, fuel usage, maintenance information and trip documentation.
• Use navigation systems, GPS and digital scheduling tools to monitor traffic and adjust travel plans.
• Support corporate transportation arrangements, executive travel and special events.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle category and local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, major business districts, airports and popular destinations.
• Excellent driving skills with a defensive and safety‑focused approach.
• Thorough understanding of traffic laws, road safety and passenger safety.
• High punctuality, professionalism and ability to maintain discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with navigation systems and GPS.
• Experience using digital scheduling and traffic‑monitoring tools.
