About the role

Amazon Now is seeking a data‑driven Catalog Specialist II to enhance product listings and improve the customer shopping experience. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure accurate catalog information and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

Ensure product listings are accurate for new and existing items and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop efficient SOPs and improve catalog workflows.
Analyze data, build dashboards, and publish reports to guide business decisions.
Communicate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business on milestones, process changes, and escalations.

Required profile

1+ years of program or project management experience.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence decisions.
Experience in back‑office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting.

Required skills

Advanced Excel (array and statistical formulas).
SQL knowledge.
Data visualization tools: Datazen, SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau.
Analytics and statistical tools: SAS, ETL, DW concepts.
