Category Management Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

As a Category Management Manager for Food & Beverage, you will oversee the performance of the airport’s F&B concession portfolio across Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC). You will work closely with concessionaires to drive sales, service standards and revenue targets while ensuring alignment with commercial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the performance of assigned F&B concession portfolio, supporting sales, service standards and revenue outcomes.
• Apply concessionaire engagement frameworks and performance expectations to ensure day‑to‑day partner management.
• Use data and operational insight to identify risks, improvement opportunities and track action plans with the Concession Revenue team.
• Coordinate initiatives impacting F&B commercial operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet commercial objectives.
• Monitor market, passenger and operator trends to inform category initiatives and enhance service standards.
• Provide operational input and performance insight for future F&B commercial planning and portfolio projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in F&B, Retail, Business, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in account management, revenue management, or contract/concession management within airports, high‑footfall retail or large mall environments.
• Proven ability to analyse sales, service and operational KPIs at store or portfolio level and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Experience in structured reporting, performance tracking and the use of dashboards for operational decision‑making.
• Strong understanding of F&B concession performance drivers such as sales, footfall, location dynamics and service standards.
