CCTV and Network Specialist

About the role

Mohamed Hilal Group is looking for a highly skilled CCTV and Network Specialist to manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of surveillance systems across its locations. The role combines hands‑on CCTV work with network infrastructure support to ensure seamless, secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission IP‑based CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR units and VMS platforms.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting to guarantee uninterrupted surveillance.
• Monitor system performance, storage usage and uptime, and resolve faults in cameras, cabling, recording devices and network links.
• Design, implement and support LAN/WAN, switches, routers and firewalls that integrate with CCTV solutions.
• Set up secure remote access, manage user permissions and enforce data‑protection protocols.
• Conduct regular health checks, preventive maintenance and backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, repairs and procurement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of layouts, IP schemes and configurations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with CCTV installation, configuration and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of IP‑based surveillance, structured cabling and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and capacity to manage several site requirements.
