About the role
We are looking for a CCTV Officer to operate and monitor the hotel’s surveillance systems from the control room. The role supports the safety of guests and staff at Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk and ensures compliance with local security regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor all CCTV and security systems 24/7, maintaining accurate records of incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Sofitel quality standards, DPS and SIRA regulations, and local legislation.
- Coordinate with police, service providers and internal departments during investigations or system usage.
- Produce clear and detailed reports for management and external authorities.
- Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and accuracy of all captured information.
Required profile
- Minimum two years (24 months) of experience operating CCTV or security monitoring systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to confidentiality.
