CCTV Operator – Full‑Time Position in Dubai

About the role

We are a reputable hospitality company seeking a diligent CCTV Operator to join our security team in Dubai. The role involves continuous monitoring of video surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and property.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds across the hotel premises 24/7.
• Detect and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and handover reports.
• Coordinate with on‑site security personnel and management as needed.
• Perform basic checks and troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in CCTV or security camera monitoring (preferred).
• Strong observation and communication abilities.
• Ability to join immediately and work in a hotel environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Relevant security certification is an advantage.
