Central Controller – Finance

About the role

We are seeking a finance professional to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This position offers exposure across financial control, reporting, cash management, and business support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance and operational teams to improve cash visibility and support financial planning.
• Maintain financial discipline through balance‑sheet reviews, reconciliations and control checks.
• Support statutory reporting and audit activities, coordinating documentation and resolving queries.
• Contribute to monthly and year‑end reporting cycles and identify issues for investigation.
• Strengthen finance processes via better controls, workflow improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide controlling support for projects and business growth, including analysis and financial oversight.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, financial control or a related finance environment.
• Previous audit exposure with strong attention to accuracy and reporting quality.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and core accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English, collaborative style and confidence to work across finance and operational teams.
