Change Management Specialist - ERP Transformation (Dubai)

About the role

A Change Management specialist / consultant is needed urgently on site in Dubai for a new ERP transformation project. You will bridge the gap between technical system configuration and day-to-day business operations, working closely with project sponsors, process owners and training leads to design and execute strategies that shift mindsets, build readiness and embed Oracle Cloud processes into the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and adoption plans tailored to ERP modules
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments and change impact analyses across business units and user groups
• Anticipate resistance and build proactive mitigation plans
• Design and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns (newsletters, town halls, leadership toolkits, intranet portals)
• Partner with instructional designers and functional consultants on user-centric training curricula, role-mapping and job aids
• Facilitate design-thinking or alignment workshops with business leaders, middle management and super-users
• Define KPIs to track system utilization, user proficiency and post-go-live stabilization

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading large-scale enterprise or ERP transformations (Oracle Cloud)
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority
• Prior project delivery experience in the UAE or GCC is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Formal certification or deep working knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud modules or other ERP systems
