Change Manager & Training Lead (Temporary)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Change Manager & Training Lead on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis to drive end‑to‑end change management and training delivery for its Digital Transformation portfolio across schools and headquarters in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management for multiple digital initiatives, including LMS rollout, parent platforms, payments, CRM and communications tools.
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communications and role‑based training programmes.
• Establish and manage a school champion network and coordinate change activities across programme workstreams.
• Track adoption metrics, deliver reinforcement campaigns and support go‑live planning and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Change Management or related field; change management certification preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in change management, training design or digital transformation delivery, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Strong change‑management methodology expertise (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
• Training design and facilitation, including creation of quick reference guides, instructional videos and LMS content.
• Experience with digital platforms, system rollouts and adoption tracking.
• Excellent written and oral English communication and storytelling.
