Channel Account Manager

About the role

Tech First Gulf is looking for a motivated Channel Account Manager to grow and manage its partner network in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and delivering profitable results across the AV/ELV, UCC, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for the Abu Dhabi market.
• Recruit, train, and manage strategic reseller relationships.
• Achieve sell‑out targets, maintain gross‑profit margins and meet business objectives.
• Support partners with RFQs, tenders and project opportunities to maximise closure rates.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts, pipeline updates and accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with vendor distribution teams, enterprise account managers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor credit limits, deliveries, invoicing, collections and receivables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of channel sales, account management or business development experience in the IT distribution industry.
• Proven track record of market development and channel management in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with key decision‑makers in partner organisations.
