Charter Sales Executive - Private Aviation

About the role

INGENCO Jets is hiring a Charter Sales Executive in Dubai to build a long-term career in private aviation. The position is on-site only, with in-person interviews in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure bookings for private jet charter, air ambulance and cargo charter services.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, concierge companies, healthcare providers and aviation partners.
• Coordinate aircraft availability and quotations with the operations team.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate terms and close bookings.
• Maintain client records, submit daily sales reports and meet agreed targets.
• Develop repeat business and lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
• Aviation, luxury travel, hospitality or medical tourism experience is an advantage.
• Proactive approach, professional attitude and commitment to results.
• Flexibility to handle time-sensitive charter enquiries.

What we offer

• Basic salary of AED 4,000 per month.
• 1% commission on each booking secured.
• Employment visa and medical insurance after successful completion of the three-month probation period, subject to UAE requirements.
