About the role
JA Hatta Fort Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team, surrounded by the Hajar Mountains. The role is about bringing energy, creativity and consistency to every service, supporting the Sous Chef and delivering exceptional dishes.
Key responsibilities
- Own your section and deliver exceptional dishes with confidence
- Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Make sure every plate leaves the pass looking its best
- Maintain top food safety and hygiene standards
- Help control food costs, stock rotation and kitchen efficiency
- Step up and lead when needed
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
- Culinary Diploma or Culinary Degree
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
- Good spoken English
- Positive attitude and a drive to grow
