Chef de Partie – Banquet Kitchen

About the role

Join JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Chef de Partie in the Banquet Kitchen, where you will prepare and cook high‑quality banquet dishes while ensuring consistency, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals and substitute items, ensuring proper portioning, arrangement and garnish.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters, and monitor food quality and quantity.
• Maintain food logs, communicate assistance needs during busy periods, and inform the chef of excess items for daily specials.
• Prepare cold foods and follow recipes, presentation standards and food preparation checklists.

Required profile

• Technical, Trade or Vocational School degree.
• At least 3 years of related kitchen experience.

Required skills

• Operating ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Food safety and hygiene practices, including temperature control and portioning.
