About the role

Join the culinary team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as a Chef de Partie – Pastry. You will work in a luxury beachfront setting, creating high‑quality pastries, desserts and baked goods that enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads and other baked items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take ownership of the assigned pastry section, ensuring mise en place is completed in line with production and business requirements.
• Check quality, storage, handling and proper rotation of ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portioning and presentation across all outputs.
• Support the Executive Pastry Chef in daily operations and guide junior team members.

Required profile

• Passionate and creative pastry professional with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury resort environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
