Chef De Partie – Pizza Chef

About the role

We are looking for a Chef de Partie specialising in pizza to join the kitchen team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The role involves preparing high‑quality pizza dishes while supporting the overall restaurant operation in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pizza dough and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices, including proper storage, rotation and labeling.
• Assist in menu development and seasonal menu changes based on product availability.
• Support the restaurant chef in organising kitchen activities to ensure smooth, profitable operation.
• Manage kitchen assets and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Participate in training sessions and promote positive inter‑departmental communication.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of pizza dough preparation and baking techniques.
• Familiarity with local market suppliers and seasonal product sourcing.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, luxury resort kitchen.
