Chef de Rang (Fine Dining Service)

About the role

La Petite Maison is seeking a motivated Chef de Rang to join its celebrated fine‑dining team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering the brand’s signature hospitality and ensuring each guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow LPM service steps and standards, explaining the concept to guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items and beverages to answer guest inquiries.
• Recommend signature dishes, keep tables clean, and uphold presentation standards.
• Deliver personalized service while showcasing your personality.
• Handle guest complaints positively and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality/F&B, preferably in a similar role.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
