Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead all commercial activities for our construction business in Dubai. The CCO will shape and execute strategies that drive revenue, profitability and market expansion while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement company‑wide commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expand market share across construction sectors.
• Lead bidding, tendering and proposal development, ensuring competitive pricing and margin protection.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, claims, variation orders and dispute resolution.
• Monitor project margins, cash flow, forecasting and overall financial performance.
• Design procurement strategies, oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships and optimise cost control.
• Build and mentor high‑performing commercial teams and collaborate with operations, engineering and finance functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, contracting, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large‑scale commercial operations.
