Project Manager – Hospitality Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end hospitality, hotel and F&B fit‑out projects for a Tier 1 contractor in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering prestigious developments from mobilisation through to handover while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet programme, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions and report to senior management.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, variations and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
• Chair progress meetings and produce regular status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering high‑end fit‑out projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record with hospitality, hotel and F&B fit‑out projects.
• Experience working for a recognised fit‑out contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• UAE experience is essential.
