Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - International Operations

About the role

An experienced, visionary and results-driven CEO is sought to lead the company's overall business strategy, operations and growth across all countries and international branches. The CEO oversees subsidiaries, country operations and business units, drives financial performance, expands market presence, strengthens commercial relationships and ensures operational excellence in every market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's corporate strategy and long-term growth plans across all countries.
• Oversee international branches, subsidiaries and business operations.
• Lead Country Managers, General Managers and senior leadership teams.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, business development and international market expansion.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Set business objectives, KPIs and performance standards for each country.
• Build relationships with key clients, partners, investors and government stakeholders.
• Ensure operational efficiency, corporate governance and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead organizational development, talent management and succession planning.
• Report to the Board of Directors and shareholders, and identify new opportunities and markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including significant senior executive leadership.
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Group CEO or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing multi-country operations and international business.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
