Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will provide full commercial and operational leadership for a luxury beauty and fragrance brand, turning creative vision into sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Founder and Advisory Board, the CEO will act as the public face of the brand with partners, press, and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3‑year commercial strategy in partnership with the Founder and Advisory Board.
• Lead multi‑channel go‑to‑market plans, pricing, and channel architecture aligned with luxury positioning.
• Oversee brand and creative stewardship, collaborating with perfumery partners and the Head of Marketing.
• Build robust sourcing, production, quality‑control, inventory, and cash‑flow processes.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing executive team while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Represent the brand at industry events, press briefings, and strategic partnership meetings.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or related sectors.
• Proven track record scaling international expansion for an international brand.
• Direct experience with brand extensions, P&L ownership, and entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and stakeholder credibility.
