Chief Executive Officer – Global Enterprise Technology

About the role

The client is a high‑growth, globally‑backed technology company seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its global enterprise technology business from Dubai. This role will drive strategy, commercial performance, and operational execution as the organisation scales across GCC/MENA and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and accountability for global business performance, reporting directly to the Board.
• Define and execute company strategy, growth roadmap, and market expansion plans, with a focus on GCC/MENA.
• Build, lead, and align a high‑performing executive team across Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance.
• Own investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising strategy, engaging existing and prospective shareholders.
• Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth, overseeing go‑to‑market execution.
• Represent the company with strategic partners, key clients, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Instil operational discipline, governance, and scalable infrastructure.
• Shape and protect company culture during rapid growth.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive roles such as CEO, President, COO, or divisional GM.
• Strong background in enterprise technology, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity, crypto/digital assets, Web3, or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling technology businesses – revenue growth, market expansion, and organisational build‑out.
• Extensive network in the Dubai/GCC market; prior residence and work experience in the region highly preferred.
• Experience operating at Board level, including investor relations, fundraising, and governance.
• Builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and rapid scaling.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership.
