Chief Finance Officer

About the role

The Chief Finance Officer will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping the financial and business strategy of a fast‑growing international GRC consultancy. The role requires a strategic mindset, high‑quality execution, and the ability to inspire and lead a high‑performing finance team across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year financial strategy that integrates consulting growth, recurring RegTech/SaaS revenue and potential capital events.
• Build unit‑level P&Ls for consulting and RegTech within the first 90 days.
• Deploy live dashboards with key metrics such as utilisation, realisation, MRR/ARR, churn and gross margin.
• Improve cash conversion and subscription billing cycles.
• Implement a global financial governance framework aligned with international and GCC regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring no major findings.
• Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence, acquisition preparation and post‑acquisition integration.
• Build and mentor a lean finance function capable of supporting rapid international growth.

Required profile

• Strategic partner to senior leadership with strong influence across stakeholder groups.
• Proven executive leadership experience in finance, preferably within SaaS and consulting business models.
• Track record of operational excellence in process improvement, automation and dashboard reporting.
• Highest standards of integrity, governance and professional accountability.
• Cultural agility and ability to work across diverse international locations.
