Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function of a fast‑growing company in Dubai. The CFO will shape financial strategy, ensure stability, and support senior leadership with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash‑flow management.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, investors and other financial institutions.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Stay current with UAE financial regulations and industry trends.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven record of driving financial success.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations and laws.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
