Chief Financial Officer – Fintech

About the role

IBMC International is conducting an executive search for a global Fintech firm based in Dubai. The Chief Financial Officer will act as a strategic partner to the Board, overseeing all financial functions across multiple jurisdictions while supporting rapid scaling and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group’s global financial strategy, aligning with growth objectives.
• Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting for all entities.
• Ensure full compliance with international financial regulations and manage market and operational risk exposure.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and provide high‑level financial insights to the Board.
• Optimize capital allocation, liquidity, and trading‑related financial workflows.
• Mentor and expand the global finance team, fostering precision and accountability.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of senior financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO or VP of Finance.
• Proven background in proprietary trading, hedge funds, or high‑frequency Fintech firms.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CA).
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion handling sensitive corporate information.
• Native or professional‑level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of international tax laws, IFRS, and multi‑currency consolidation.
