About the role
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the group‑wide financial strategy, reporting and risk management across multiple subsidiaries. This senior position supports the board on strategic and investment decisions while driving tighter financial governance and cash‑flow discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax and audit functions for the entire group.
- Enhance financial controls, improve cash‑flow discipline and support M&A or expansion initiatives.
- Manage external relationships with banks, auditors and advisors, and collaborate closely with CEOs of operating companies.
Required profile
- Significant CFO or Group Finance leadership experience within diversified groups or holding structures.
- Strong exposure to multi‑entity reporting, consolidation and governance, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CMA and board‑level communication skills.
