Chief of Staff (UAE National) – Founding Organisation

About the role

A newly established organisation with a long-term mandate, ambitious growth plans and a high-profile leadership team is looking for an accomplished UAE National to act as Chief of Staff. You will support a senior leader on strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement and organisation-wide initiatives, acting as a trusted adviser, relationship builder and problem solver across government, industry and institutional stakeholders. The role is based in Dubai and is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser on strategic priorities, opportunities and risks
• Drive progress against executive objectives and key initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government and external stakeholders
• Support board, governance and executive leadership activities
• Lead high-profile cross-functional projects and special initiatives
• Represent senior leadership in selected external engagements
• Help establish the operating cadence, processes and effectiveness of the Executive Office

Required profile

• UAE National with family book
• Experience within Executive Affairs, Strategy, Government Affairs, Special Projects or a comparable environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting executive decision-making in a complex organisation
• Arabic and English language skills are essential
