Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report directly to the Group CEO and be responsible for translating the group’s strategic vision into day‑to‑day operational excellence across all restaurant brands and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce standardized operational policies, SOPs and quality controls for every subsidiary.
• Monitor core KPIs such as revenue, food cost, labor cost, customer satisfaction and quality metrics, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with HR, Finance, Marketing and brand managers to ensure consistent performance.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Oversee expansion projects, including the planning and execution of new branch openings.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews across all locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of upper‑management experience in multi‑brand, multi‑location F&B or hospitality operations within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management; MBA preferred.
• Native fluency in Arabic and excellent command of English.
