Chief Technology Officer - iGaming Aggregator Platform

About the role

BettingJobs is recruiting a Chief Technology Officer for a founder-led iGaming business building its own B2B aggregation platform. The role sits in the Dubai office, working directly with the founder and CEO, and suits a senior developer or architect from the aggregator space ready to take ownership and shape a platform from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable, secure B2B aggregation platform.
• Plan and deliver the migration from the current third-party aggregator with minimal client disruption.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a remote development team across several time zones.
• Work closely with the CEO to align technology with commercial goals.
• Own game provider and operator integrations, APIs and platform performance.
• Set engineering standards, processes and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience at an iGaming aggregator (e.g. Hub88, Slotegrator, Alea, SoftSwiss or similar).
• Strong background as a senior developer, tech lead, head of development or solutions architect.
• Hands-on experience with game aggregation, provider integrations and wallet/API architecture.
• A track record of delivering complex platform builds or migrations.
• Confident leading and motivating a distributed team.
• Willing to work full-time from the office in Dubai.
