Children’s Coordinator

About the role

Join Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s Kids Club as a Children’s Coordinator, delivering engaging and safe experiences for young guests in a luxury 5‑star beachfront resort.

You will work closely with the Kids Club team to plan activities, supervise children, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club, including birthday parties, special events, summer camps, Halloween and Christmas celebrations.
• Create new arts and crafts, design wall and window artwork, and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Train new colleagues on daily operations and ensure teamwork and adherence to procedures.
• Report incidents, guest comments and feedback to the Kids Club supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe environments for children and oversee attendants’ compliance with safety procedures.
• Support the Kids Club supervisor at reception during busy periods and perform other assigned duties.

• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and reliable, responsible nature.
• Team player who can focus on children’s needs while remaining calm and courteous.
