Chinese-Speaking Relationship Manager

About the role

Kingdom by MAG, part of MAG Group Holding, is looking for a Chinese-speaking Relationship Manager to join its team in Dubai. The company focuses on Dubai's real estate market, offering premium residential developments and investment properties. The role centres on building client relationships with Chinese-speaking investors and buyers and supporting sales growth across the property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, investors and business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market.
• Present property developments and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
• Manage client inquiries and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospective opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify ways to expand the client network.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Native-level Chinese and professional fluency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer.
• Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market, especially off-plan developments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships; experience with international clients is an advantage.
