About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chocolate Chef to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on chocolate production, confectionery, and the creation of innovative chocolate products.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and produce various chocolate fillings.
Develop and create new chocolate products and fillings.
Ensure proper storage and handling of chocolate raw materials.
Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Required profile

Excellent experience in chocolate production and confectionery.
Strong experience in preparing and producing different types of chocolate fillings.
Excellent knowledge of chocolate types and tempering techniques.
Good knowledge of chocolate storage and raw material handling.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and under pressure.
Experience in a chocolate factory, central kitchen, chocolate shop, or similar environment is preferred.
