About the role
The CID Operator (Arabic Speaker) joins our Guest Experience team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, delivering memorable service to guests throughout their stay. This full‑time, on‑site position supports a wide range of guest interactions, from check‑in to luggage handling.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational tasks and complete daily reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area information.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unassisted (100 lb with assistance), and navigate stairs or service ramps.
- Fluent Arabic speaking ability.
