City Lead, Dubai – Founders Community

About the role

YP Club is a community for serious founders, with its infrastructure online in the mobile app PioneerOS and offline in the room. The City Lead for Dubai leads the whole of the city, reporting directly to the founder, with full ownership of who joins the room and how the member experience is delivered. Dubai is the flagship city; what is built here becomes the model for future cities, including London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead YP Club in Dubai end to end, owning the city's performance, growth and P&L.
• Own admissions and protect the standard of the room, making the final call on who joins.
• Shape and deliver the member experience across Circle, coaching, events and concierge.
• Work with the Committee and resident coaches to bring city activations to life.
• Lead and support the sales team and ensure new members are welcomed seamlessly.
• Build lasting relationships with members and keep engagement and retention high.
• Represent YP Club across the Dubai founder ecosystem, on stage and in the room.
• Create the playbook, systems and standards that future cities will follow.
• Work directly with the founder on strategy and the long-term direction of the club.

Required profile

• Has owned a P&L or run a business unit, carrying the number on it.
• Experience selling and managing high-value memberships while upholding high standards and following clear processes.
• Operated with real autonomy, building the plan rather than executing someone else's.
• Deep understanding of the founder mindset, ideally because they have built something themselves.
• Confident speaking publicly in front of founders, experienced with high-net-worth individuals and service at that level.
• Approachable, kind and able to run several workstreams at once.
• Already holds their own UAE residence visa.

Required skills

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools.
• Bonus points for a public profile and content creation in the founder space.
