Civil Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Civil Construction Managers to lead civil works on ADNOC oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all civil construction activities from earthworks to infrastructure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete execution of civil construction activities, including mass foundations, concrete structures, industrial buildings, underground utilities, roads, drainage and site development.
• Lead and supervise civil engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and timely project execution.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, QA/QC and HSE teams for smooth multidisciplinary activities.
• Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, equipment utilization and material availability to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and implement corrective actions for risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, QA/QC standards, HSE regulations and Permit‑to‑Work procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support project completion, punch‑list clearance and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 15–20 years of total civil construction experience.
• 3–4 years of experience on ADNOC oil & gas projects (mandatory).
• Extensive background in greenfield and brownfield oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary construction teams.
