Civil Engineer

About the role

DEC PBC is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join its Dubai team. The role involves reviewing engineering documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting construction activities to ensure projects meet standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support construction activities and ensure work complies with project standards.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
