Civil & Finishes Inspector – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inspector for civil and finishing works to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards, comply with UAE regulations, and align with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections of civil and finishing works against approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
• Supervise on‑site activities, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Document inspection findings, prepare detailed technical reports, and maintain comprehensive records for project archives.
• Identify deficiencies or non‑conformances, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
• Monitor site safety compliance and ensure all personnel follow established safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction, with proven expertise in civil and finishing inspections.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Prior experience on construction projects in the UAE or the broader Middle East.
