Civil Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead civil maintenance, repair and renovation activities across our property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all structural, masonry, carpentry, painting and finishing tasks meet our safety, quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil maintenance teams and coordinate repair, refurbishment and improvement works.
• Oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry and painting activities throughout facilities.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for building structures, floors, walls and external areas.
• Inspect sites for defects such as cracks, leaks and structural wear, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic maintenance status reports and monitor workmanship quality.
• Conduct safety briefings, enforce proper use of tools and personal protective equipment.
• Allocate manpower, tools and materials based on daily maintenance requirements.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building structures, finishing works and civil repair techniques.
• Proven leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
