Civil Inspector

About the role

The Civil Inspector will oversee and inspect civil construction activities on Oil & Gas projects, ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and company standards. The role is focused on quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely execution of civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil construction activities including early works, concrete works, roads, and compaction.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Perform construction and source inspections for civil materials and works.
• Monitor contractor workmanship and site activities.
• Identify, report, and track non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project and QA/QC teams for inspection scheduling.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site.

Required profile

• Engineering Diploma in Civil Discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry (construction and source inspection).
• Experience in early civil works, concrete works, road works, and compaction.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
