Civil Inspector

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Civil Inspector to ensure that civil activities comply with approved procedures, relevant codes, and standards. You will work on‑site in Abu Dhabi, performing inspections, preparing reports, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review Inspection Test Plans, Quality Plans and related procedures.
• Validate inspection assignment documentation, including technical aspects, schedules and logistics.
• Select appropriate inspection techniques and execute inspections according to the predefined Quality Plan.
• Prepare inspection reports, handle non‑conformities (NCRs) and deliver corrective actions.
• Interpret inspection results and ensure compliance with BV Quality System.
• Maintain internal communication and promote Bureau Veritas service portfolio.
• Monitor civil activities against approved procedures, codes and standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of civil inspection procedures and relevant codes/standards.
• Ability to produce accurate inspection reports and manage non‑conformities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site and follow security guidelines.
