Civil Multi Technician

About the role

The Civil Multi Technician is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of civil and building fabric works, ensuring safety, quality and functionality of facilities. The role supports daily operations by responding quickly to repair requests, identifying defects and completing work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry tasks such as installing, repairing and maintaining doors, frames, cabinets, partitions and wooden fixtures.
• Install, repair and maintain aluminium doors, windows, frames and associated hardware.
• Perform glass replacement and installation for panels, doors and windows.
• Execute minor masonry work including tile repairs, grouting, gypsum board fixing, patch repairs and painting touch‑ups.
• Inspect building elements and civil structures to detect defects and maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections and support emergency or planned maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, monitor material usage and keep tools and equipment in good condition.

• Strong attention to safety, quality and HSE compliance.
• Capability to work independently and coordinate with maintenance teams and site stakeholders.
• Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
