Civil Project Manager (EMAAR Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Civil Project Manager with extensive experience on EMAAR properties projects. The role involves leading civil construction initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet quality, budget and schedule targets. You will act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams and external partners, aligning project deliverables with client expectations and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil projects from inception to completion, adhering to quality, budget and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 20 years of experience in project management, preferably on EMAAR properties projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, methods and materials.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
