Civil Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of civil and building works, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall construction project execution.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience managing civil and building construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Project planning, execution, budgeting and scheduling.
• Interpretation of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract documents.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards, quality control and HSE requirements.
• Experience managing site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
