Civil Supervisor (Construction – Immediate Joiners)

About the role

The Civil Supervisor will lead daily construction activities on site, ensuring that work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. This role requires close coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to maintain quality, safety, and timely progress.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on‑site construction tasks.
• Verify that all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor performance of contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges in collaboration with the project team.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites, preferably in civil projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage teams, equipment, and material resources effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for on‑site issues and delays.
• Good communication skills for interaction with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients.
