Civil Supervisor – Construction Site Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead daily construction activities at our Sharjah site. The role involves overseeing civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards, and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
• Maintain quality standards and resolve site‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising civil construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, site supervision, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and labor teams efficiently.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
