Civil Supervisor – Facility Management

About the role

As a Civil Supervisor at UAE – Integrated Facility Management in Abu Dhabi, you will lead the planning and execution of civil works across our facilities, including irrigation, landscaping and site supervision. The role ensures that all activities meet quality, safety and environmental standards while supporting seamless integration with MEP services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily civil operations such as irrigation system installation, landscaping execution and on‑site supervision.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to align civil activities with utility services, minimizing downtime.
• Manage resources, work plans and task prioritisation to meet project deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with team members, stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Report on operational performance, risks and compliance, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Several years of experience supervising civil infrastructure or facility‑management projects.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping and facility operations.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and manage MEP interfaces.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and ability to interpret technical documents.
