Classroom Assistant – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for enthusiastic Classroom Assistants to join Mamoura British Academy on an immediate, permanent basis. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils of all ages, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of individual education programmes.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Help teachers maintain pupil records, prepare displays of work, and manage classroom materials.
• Perform health‑and‑safety duties, supervise pupils, and enforce school policies.
• Assist with photocopying, attendance checks, and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• UAE national with at least a secondary school certificate (or a bachelor’s degree).
• Minimum two years of experience working in a school setting.
• Strong English language skills in line with the school curriculum.
• Understanding and appreciation of regional values and culture.
