Cleaner – Hospitality – Al Ain (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for dedicated cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in a top‑class restaurant in Al Ain. The role involves daily cleaning of guest areas and supporting the overall operational excellence of the hospitality venue.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, sanitising and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, elevators and other public areas.
• Restock and replenish guest amenities, linens, towels and cleaning supplies in an organised manner.
• Follow standardised cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle waste and hazardous materials according to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a tidy storage area for cleaning tools, chemicals and supplies.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning and upholstery care when required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets, especially during peak occupancy periods.
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards and guest confidentiality protocols.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting (hotels, resorts or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Proficient in using standard cleaning equipment and chemical products safely.
• Basic understanding of health, safety and sanitation practices in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
