Cleaning Services Operations Manager

About the role

Careers International is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business in Dubai. The role covers supervising a large field team, ensuring contract delivery, maintaining service quality and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage supervisors, drivers and cleaners across multiple locations
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contracts
• Handle client acquisition, retention and complaint resolution
• Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment and training
• Ensure health and safety standards are met on all job sites
• Manage inventory, procurement and logistics of cleaning supplies
• Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements
• Generate performance and compliance reports for management

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management; UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organisational and team coordination skills
• Fluent English; Hindi or Nepali is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory
